Food was good and service was great. Out waitress was on it. They had a benefit for someone today plus the queen of hearts tickets this place was boomin.
Parma is pretty cool little town shoppes at Parma are close by this bar and grill. Glad I got chance to see this place. I hope they pick my ticket for the queen of hearts. Jackpot is up to 3 million dollars.
I would definitely go back if I am ever in the Parma area.

As of late, Legends has been my go-to place for events and a place to watch a game. But, after the Browns opener today 9/8/2019 I don't think I'll ever be back.

FIRST off, I ordered the deep fried pickles. I received my order of these and 1/2 were ice cold and 2 chips were still frozen. (They credited me those) SECONDLY, I ordered the Shrimp and Lobster taco's. I asked for them specifically to be in a tortilla shell, they came out in lettuce wraps. THIRD, my wife ordered the fish tacos which are supposed to come with fries...they didn't. I mentioned it to the waitress and she claimed they were on their way. This was after ten minutes that she had already received the tacos. So, 15 minutes after the food was delivered, the fries were. FORTH, I was drinking unsweetened iced tea. Twice I was given sweetened.

I rate this place 2 stars, because when the food is correct and cooked the way it's supposed to be, it's very good. Not worth the risk for me again though.

So im not even sure if this is a new spot because if you asked me i would swear the owners of Playground just changed the name and figured noone would notice. But the service was atrocious! slow and my food came out cold, my drinks were empty the whole meal, no one came by to see if we needed anything else. It was pretty busy but honestly i wont give them the benefit here because ive seen other places packed and the service was excellent so im not budging with this review. It really bums me because this is literally a hop skip and jump away from my house and it would be a dope game spot but again the owners need to get their stuff together and fix their staff and their menu.

    Its a no from me.

I don't have the strictest standards, but they also aren't loose.  This might be a great place to sit at the bar and sip on a drink while munching on appetizers when you have a couple hours free.
I waited a couple weeks to write this because, well, my experience was strange.  We went to legends b/c it was the closest place to my house with Queen of Hearts tickets for the big drawing.  Two weeks in a row.  For this I overlooked the spotty review history.
The first week everything was mediocre.  Regular bar food prepared at a mediocre quality.  Nothing to remember, but also nothing I would consider sending back.  Service was OK, nothing spectacular, but no jaw dropping gaffs either.  Slow, but we weren't in a hurry and it wasn't ridiculous.  maybe took 30 minutes to get food from when we ordered.  I would say 20 minutes is the outside standard after ordering.  Restaurant was busy, but not packed.
Second time was a mess.  It was made worse because we had one person who was tired and hungry after finishing a 12 hr shift.  We went late when the restaurant was not that busy with most finishing up and it noticeably cleared out while we waited to the point it was less than 1/4 full by the time we left.  The waitress was clueless. Nice and seemed interested in helping, but didn't seem to know what was going on.  As if they called a day labor temp service to fill the position and gave no training whatsoever.  Drinks and orders weren't quick, but not noteworthy in their tardiness.
I didn't have a stop watch.  Times are estimated and based off of what time the group agreed we had arrived at the estimated 30 minute mark(when the, 'this is taking a long time discussion began').
We ordered... and waited...and waited... and waited...  just after 30 minutes I flagged down the waitress to confirm our food would be out soon.  Mostly because I feared the ball had been dropped and our orders were not in.  She assured me they were and made excuses for the kitchen.  Looking around, there simply weren't that many people in the restaurant and most were served.  We settled in to wait a bit more.  at 40 minutes the waitress was walking buy and I waved her over and she said just a minute.  At about 50 minutes and twice speaking to waitress, with the famished member of my party about to lose it, and everyone pretty unhappy, I suggested we walk out and stop at fast food or something as it was now quite late and all were very hungry.
One member said they didn't want to leave without paying for the drinks which were just waters and sodas.  It was my opinion the establishment could eat those costs, but it was insisted I inform a manager that that was what was happening.  I located a person claiming to be a manager and informed him.  As I was speaking to him our food showed up.  Right around the 60 minute mark from our order.  About 75 minutes from when we walked in the restaurant.  I told him to forget it and went back to the table.   He did not seem too concerned with what I was describing.
When we got down to eating temperatures were not correct on some things, but it was less of an issue than I expected given the delay.  Nothing was still frozen or ice cold. Things were again just prepared at a mediocre level.
As we were filling out the credit card slip he shows up at our table and offers to give us a 50% discount.  I immediately though "How long is that going to take?", and told him it was alright.  We went back and forth and he offered several times, but I really thought this might end up being a 20 minute delay and refused the offer.  He said to find him next time we were in and he would take care of us.  The exchange left me quite certain this is a conversation he has with great frequency.
The thing is, we won't be back.  In fact, anytime I suggest going out to eat with anyone who was there, they immediately suggest we go to Legends which is followed by uproarious laughter.  I understand a restaurant being a little slow when it is packed or if I see a big group somewhere.  When it is winding down to 1/4 full, there is staff everywhere, and it still take over an hour to get food from order time...
